Cookie Policy

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file a website places in your browser so that it can recognize you from one page to the next. Some are needed for the site to work at all; others measure how the site is used, or tell an advertising service that you visited.

The cookies this site uses

Needed to run the site. The cart and checkout rely on cookies to remember the piece you are acquiring from one page to the next and to keep the checkout secure. Without them the shop does not work. They are set by the site and by WooCommerce and Stripe, and they are not used for anything else.

Measuring how the site is used. The site may use Google Analytics, and the measurement built into Showit and Klaviyo, to understand which pages are visited and how people arrive. The reports the house sees are in aggregate.

Advertising. The site may use the Meta pixel and the Pinterest tag, so that the house can tell whether an announcement or an advertisement was seen, and so that services may show the house's work to people who have visited the site.

Where a tool listed here is not in use, no cookie is set by it.

Your choices

Where the site shows a choice when you first arrive, you may accept or decline the cookies that are not needed to run the site, and change your choice later from the same place. Your browser also lets you see, block or delete cookies at any time; blocking the cookies needed to run the site will stop the checkout from working. The advertising services offer their own ways to opt out of advertising measurement, under their own policies.
